These terms govern your use of this store and any purchase you make from DreamSilkyStudio. By placing an order you accept them.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment, and a contract forms at that point.

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any import duties or local taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility where they apply.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel after payment, you are refunded in full.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems.

Payment is taken in full when you place the order. Your order is only fulfilled once the payment is confirmed.

Digital products are delivered immediately after payment: a link is emailed to you and the files also appear permanently under Your downloads in your account.

Download links are valid for 72 hours and up to five downloads. If a link lapses, request a fresh one from your account or contact us — you keep your entitlement to the files you bought.

You are responsible for checking the product page for formats and requirements before purchase. Every product page lists what you receive and what software, if any, you need.

When you buy a digital product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use it. We retain copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the files.

You may:

• Use the files for personal projects.
• Use them in your own small business — including printing them, or using them in materials you produce.
• Print as many copies as you need for your own use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or give away the files themselves, in original or modified form.
• Sell the design as a template, digital product or printable of your own.
• Claim authorship of the design, or register any part of it as a trademark.
• Include the files in a bundle, subscription, database or stock library.

Physical items are produced individually once you order them, through a print-on-demand partner. Production typically takes two to four business days, followed by shipping — usually five to ten days with tracking.

Delivery estimates are estimates. Customs processing and carrier delays are outside our control.

Because each piece is made for you specifically, an order can only be changed or cancelled before it enters production. Contact us quickly and we will stop it if we can.

Colours may vary slightly between screens and print. Minor variation is a normal characteristic of printing, not a fault.

Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, since the goods are delivered in full at purchase. If a file is faulty, does not match its description, or will not open, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Made-to-order items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong are reprinted or refunded at no cost — email a photo within 14 days of delivery. No return shipment is needed.

We do not accept returns of correctly produced made-to-order items for change of mind, because they cannot be resold.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these terms — in particular to redistribute purchased files.

The store and its products are provided as described on their product pages. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order.
