Ordering & payment
How do I get my files after buying?
Digital purchases are available the moment payment clears. You'll get an email with your links, and everything also appears permanently under Your downloads in your account — re-download whenever you need to.
My download link expired. Now what?
Links stay valid for 72 hours and five downloads, which covers almost everyone. If yours has lapsed, open Your downloads in your account for a fresh link, or email us with your order number and we'll reset it.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Digital orders are delivered instantly, so they can't be cancelled after purchase. Made-to-order pieces can be changed or cancelled any time before they enter production — usually a few hours. Email us with your order number and we'll catch it if we can.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Digital products
What formats do the digital products come in?
It varies by product and is always listed on the product page — most commonly editable Canva templates, print-ready PDFs, or both. Planners and trackers ship in A4 and US Letter so they print correctly wherever you are.
Do I need a paid Canva account?
No. Every Canva template is built on the free plan. If a product needs anything beyond that, the product page says so before you buy.
Can I use these commercially?
Personal and small-business use is included with every purchase — print them, use them in your own business, put them on your wall. What you can't do is resell, redistribute or share the files themselves. Extended licences are available on request.
Do I get updates when a template improves?
Yes. When we improve a file you've bought, the updated version replaces it in your downloads at no cost.
Made-to-order pieces
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Production takes two to four business days, then shipping depends on where you are — typically five to ten days with tracking. Each order shows live production and tracking updates in your account.
Where do you ship from?
Made-to-order items are produced by a global print network, so your parcel is made at the facility nearest you rather than shipped across the world. That means faster delivery and a much smaller footprint.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's responsibility — they vary by country and we have no way to prepay them.
Something arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint or refund it — no return needed. Print quality is on us.
